First, I listen.

I begin with your story, at your pace. A thoughtful evaluation helps me understand what’s been difficult and what you’d like to change.

02 /

Look at the whole picture.

Together, let’s explore the role of sleep, nutrition, hormones, past experiences, and the patterns of daily life alongside your symptoms.

Find your way, together.

Together, let’s build a plan around your needs and preferences. Medication, lifestyle changes, and coordinated care can each have a place.

A PERSON IN YOUR CORNER

Hi, I’m Hilary.

I believe feeling heard is a meaningful place to begin.

I’m a board-certified psychiatric mental health and family nurse practitioner, with more than 17 years of healthcare experience and additional training in functional medicine.

I completed my psychiatric nurse practitioner training at Vanderbilt University and my family nurse practitioner training at Chamberlain University. I’m licensed in Oregon.

My work brings together evidence-based psychiatry and a thoughtful look at your whole health. I offer a collaborative, trauma-informed space for children, teens, and adults, including affirming support for the LGBTQ+ community.

Whether this is your first experience with psychiatric care or you’re looking for a new approach, I’ll meet you where you are.
